Cancellation Policy

Therapy Room Hire – Booking Policy The therapy room is available to hire at £45 for a full 8-hour day. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the room. Bookings are non-transferable and cancellations may be subject to the agreed cancellation policy. The room must be left clean, tidy and ready for the next practitioner. All rubbish must be removed and all electrical equipment, lights and appliances must be switched off before leaving. All practitioners must hold their own valid professional and public liability insurance and are responsible for ensuring they have any qualifications, registrations or licences required to provide their services. The therapy room may only be used for the agreed professional purpose and cannot be sublet or shared with another practitioner without prior consent. Practitioners must not use the Pilates studio or Pilates equipment at any time without prior permission. Figure Pilates accepts no responsibility for personal belongings, equipment or client property left on the premises. Any damage caused to the room, equipment or property must be reported immediately and may be charged to the practitioner. Please respect other studio users and maintain a professional, quiet environment at all times.
